Delivery Times

All orders received prior to 2pm AWST are dispatched the same day assuming the items are in stock in our Western Australian Warehouse. We deliver our goods via Toll Ipec Express Road & Air Freight & Australia Post  meaning you will generally receive your goods within 1 to 7 business days depending on the items Size and weight.  We reserve the right to alter the shipping method depending on your location and the items size weight & nature.   

To send items on your choice of freight company or with a local courier on your account please contact us to discuss options further.

For large bulky items feel free to give us a call to explore more affordable freight options.

We also offer "Track Side Pick Ups" at limited Venues - please check in advance.

TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT

Once your item has shipped you will receive an email with a “Tracking Number” link in it. This will allow you to track the progress of your shipment and see an estimated time of arrival. Please note that tracking numbers can take up to 48 hours to appear in the online tracking systems. If you have not received a connote / tracking number once your order has been invoiced, please call us.

RECEIVING YOUR SHIPMENT

It is important to give an delivery address where someone is present to sign and receive your goods.  Our Carriers have been given the authority to leave your parcel if the delivery address is unattended and they believe the item is in a safe place out of direct view of passing traffic.
